Boarding drop-off and pick-up available outside standard hours by arrangement.
Street parking available on Ashford Lane and adjacent streets. Paid parking bays operate Monday through Saturday.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for introductions and initial paperwork if needed.
Our reception area has separate waiting spaces for dogs and cats to minimize stress. Please wait in the designated area based on your pet type.
For grooming appointments, bring any specific products you'd like us to use. For training or wellness visits, recent veterinary records are helpful but not required.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible. This allows us to offer the slot to another client on our waiting list.
High Street Kensington station (Circle and District lines) is a 7-minute walk. Exit onto Kensington High Street, head west, then turn right onto Ashford Lane.
Routes 9, 10, 27, 49, and 328 stop within two blocks. Alight at Kensington High Street and walk north on Ashford Lane.
From central London, take Kensington Road westbound. Turn right onto Kensington Church Street, then left onto Ashford Lane. Parking bays available on the street.
Our facility has level entry access. If you require specific accommodations for yourself or your pet, please mention this when booking.
